The "from €24" claim is real, but it is the low season price. Checked the same day in the booking flow from Vigo, on two different dates:

The logic is simple: the further the port is from the mouth of the ría de Vigo, the pricier and longer the crossing. Sanxenxo and Portonovo cost most because they come down from the ría de Pontevedra.

There is an 8-hour sailing trip from Vigo, leaving from the Real Club Náutico, including National Park entry, skipper, snorkel and paddle-board gear, a picnic and a drink. At €130 versus €27.50 it is not a ferry substitute: it is a different day out. It scores 9.3 out of 10, though on few reviews so far.
