The permit, included

Before you book here

Check the quota first. If the National Park has filled the day you want, no operator can sell you a valid ticket — from Portonovo or anywhere else.
Collect the physical ticket at the desk before boarding, even if you have the booking on your phone. Where the office is and when to go.
No pets. Animals are not allowed on the boat to the islands.
Cancellation is free up to 14 days ahead; the permit can be cancelled up to 15 days ahead. If you cancel, mind both deadlines.
